Hi ma'am! Hope you're doing well. Just wanted to share with you that I really enjoyed reading your book. Everything that was said in the book was very relevant and put out in a very organised fashion. It really empowers the reader to feel a sense of control over the choices they make. Since it was an interactive self help book with case examples, I found it to be an engaging read. The questions for self-reflection at the end of each section as well as the activities were very helpful, and my personal favourite part of the book! The pointers given at each section were very precise and of course scientific, that one can easily trust and follow. It's definitely a valuable workbook one needs to keep coming back to! 😊
In SA's home, I spotted your book “Teenager’s guide to choices”. Quite a fascinating back. I raced through it while I was at her place and found the essence of the book worth sharing with today’s generation. With choices galore, all the more necessary for them to read this compelling book.
In the context of choice, our Vedas have nicely explained the ‘choice over action’. It is our will to have a choice over action and we cannot blame it on others if it fails or give credit to others if succeeds.

By offering practical advice and deep thoughts, as well as incredible therapeutic insights, the book becomes a significant resource for adolescents seeking direction and clarity during their formative years.
It's a light of knowledge that helps kids navigate this critical phase of their lives and make meaningful, significant decisions. The author has validated her professional experience and included so many therapies in a chapter. My particular favourite is stress.
Gratitude.

As an enthusiastic ice cream fan, the first example in the book immediately captured my attention. The metaphor of different ice cream flavors representing life choices is relatable and engaging at any age. 😋
This insightful guide addresses pre-teens and teenagers with crucial topics like peer pressure, career decisions, and relationship choices. What sets this book apart is its practical approach. The author @KeerthiPai

They have ended with activities of journaling. As I always say, asking questions—and asking good questions—is the key. The conversational tone and relatable examples make complex issues accessible and less daunting.
Each chapter feels like a friendly chat with a mentor who truly understands the teenage mindset.
In summary, "Chocolate, Strawberry, and Vanilla" is a fantastic guide. It is insightful, engaging, and, most importantly, practical. Highly recommended for anyone looking to empower teens to make better decisions!
